Your order will be sent on the next working day at the latest. You will receive the ordered articles in discreet packing. They will be delivered by post or DHL (depending on size of shipment). You can return all articles within two weeks, if the single packing is not opened. If you should discover material defects or production faults after opening the packing, please send back the article(s) for a check by the manufacturer. From 20.00 € order value we will not charge postage. For less you have to pay 1.60 € in Germany. For payment please choose the mode of payment which is most comfortable for you. If you like to subscribe to certain articles, please choose this from the detail display.

Manners of payment in the overview

• Against invoice (only possible to 30.00 EURO purchase order value and/or to 50.00 EURO purchase order value, if already a purchase over invoice was completed).
  You receive a bill, which you please pay within 10 days.
  Companies and clubs by arrangement.

• Debit procedure (to 70.00 EURO purchase order value). We draw in the invoice amount of your account. The debit takes place only three weeks after the supply, since you have a return right of the entire or a part of the commodity within two weeks.

• Prepaiment (with 3% discount payment one recompences). Please transfer the purchase order value minus 3% to our account. After receipt of the money the commodity is dispatched. If you should make use from your return right, receive the amount of difference and/or the entire amount back.

• Cash on delivery (no additional forwarding expenses, only 2, - - EURO fee to the postman within Germany). With this manner of payment the commodity is handed out to you against cash payment at your entrydoor or in the post office. The purchase order value is not limited and you must not tell us your bank account.

• Paypal (you pay with your e-mail adress and your known Paypal account)
