1. Right of Return
Selbrund offers you a complete right of return within two weeks for all delivered articles. For this you do not have to give any reasons. The bill of sale will take effect by your approval or after two weeks.
2. Instruction of Cancellation
Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order within two weeks without justification, counting from the end of the two weeks time limit of the right of return according to clause 1. You can do this by letter, fax or e-mail or by returning the articles. The time starts with the receipt of the articles and this explanation, but not before the period of return according to clause 1 ends. In order to meet the deadline you just have to send the cancellation or the products within the time limit. The revocation or the articles have to be sent to:

Consequences of Cancellation
In case of an efficient cancellation the received benefits on both sides have to be returned and for possible benefit compensation has to be provided. If you are not able to return the received article(s) as a whole or in parts or only in worsened condition, you have to pay compensation. This is not the case, if the worsening is due to testing articles as would have been usual at the shop. The fitting does not count as testing as usual at the shop concerning stockings, tights and underwear, because the fitting of those articles would not be usual at the shop, too. A tried on article of that kind is excepted from the obligation to take it back. Incidentally you can avoid the obligation to compensate by not taking the articles in use like an owner and by refraining from anything that would worsen the condition of the articles.
3. Shipping
We ship in Germany and abroad at the listed delivery costs (according to clause 6).
4. Guarantee
If delivered articles show obvious material defects or production faults, including damages caused by transport, please make a complaint to us or the postman who delivers the articles. If you fail to complain, this does not affect your legal claims. If any faults arise during the time of guarantee, you have the choice between later compensation, repair or replacement and -if legal preconditions are given- further claims to diminishing or withdrawal and to compensation. This means compensation of the damage instead of compensation of your costs in vain. Claims of guarantee remain valid regardless of legal claims.
Should a certain article not be available, we will not send a substitute without asking. We will send a substitute, only if you agree. Otherwise we will deliver the available articles. If this should affect the delivery costs, we will not charge you. The replacement articles can be returned according to clause 1 and 2 as well.
5. Validity of Prices
The listed prices in the catalogue contain value added tax.
6. Shipping Costs per Order
The delivery costs are:

From 40.00 EUR we will not charge shipping costs.
You have to order at least for 40.- EUR.
7. Costs for Return and Collection
The costs for returning equal the delivery costs.
8. Mode of Payment

Payment in advance (3% discount for cash): After we received payment we will send the articles. In case of returning you will get the difference or the whole amount back.

COD (no additional delivery costs, only 2.00 EUR COD-charge): If you choose COD, the articles will be sent by mail. You receive the articles after you have paid cash at home or at the post office. The amount is not limited, and you do not have to give your account details.

9. Reservation of Ownership
All articles remain our property until they are paid completely.
10. Data Protection
